Lodge managers Mark and Jenny will make sure your stay is the most enjoyable possible.
Mark and Jenny have had extensive experience in the ski industry since 1985 starting in Falls Creek, Australia. Since then they had had regular seasons managing lodges in the USA, Canada, Switzerland and of course Australia.
Jenny currently manages a staff lodge for Mt Buller in Australia. You’ll be treated to her culinary prowess along with helping hand Yukari. Together they will serve up some delectable meals from Australia, Japan and around the world.
Mark has spent the majority of his time working in the outside operations for ski lift company's from snow making to driving groomers and is currently working in lift maintenance at Mt Buller. Mark’s roll as general operations manager will make your stay that extra bit enjoyable.
Together they are both totally committed to the ski industry and love traveling and skiing with their two children Ellie-Mae and Ned.
We are privileged to have Mark and Jenny as our lodge managers this season.
Behind the scenes, Rieko will be managing our Japanese operations. Rieko first stepped on a snowboard in 1986, and has ridden in the Niseko area since ´88. She has cruised with legends Damian Sanders, Craig Kelly and Shaun Palmer. She also worked on the first snowboard World Cup in Japan, before moving to manage and operate hotels.
Mark, Jenny, Rieko and all other lodge staff will do their best to make sure you see the best that Japan has to offer. With the characters who work at the lodge and their experiences, you will be sure to come back year after year.
